Salary Structure & Allowances

Selected professionals are engaged on a contractual basis initially for one year, extendable depending on project performance and corporate requirements.

• Site Engineer: Consolidated monthly compensation of Rs 33,750 per month.
• Junior Engineer: Consolidated monthly pay of Rs 25,650 to Rs 26,450 per month.
• Senior Associate: Consolidated monthly remuneration ranging from Rs 33,750 to Rs 35,000 per month.
• Additional Benefits: All appointed candidates receive employer provident fund contribution equal to 12 percent of pay along with a fixed monthly medical allowance of Rs 1,250.

Selection Process
