Vacancy & Training Details

The Indian Army has declared 90 vacancies for the TES-57 entry. Selected candidates undergo a four-year technical and military training curriculum:

• Basic Military Training: One year of military foundational training at the Cadets Training Wing (CTW).

Rank & Salary Structure

• Pay Matrix: Level 10 (Basic Pay Rs 56,100 to Rs 1,77,500 per month)
• Military Service Pay (MSP): A fixed allowance of Rs 15,500 per month paid in addition to the basic salary.

Selection Process

The selection path for the Indian Army Technical Entry Scheme is comprised of three successive evaluation phases:

1. Shortlisting based on JEE Main: The Directorate General of Recruiting shortlists applications based on the cutoff Common Rank List (CRL) score in JEE Main 2026.
