Vacancy Details

AAI is actively seeking to fill 36 designated apprentice positions across multiple disciplines. The opportunities are distributed into the following main categories:

  1. Graduate Apprentices: Open to candidates with a full-time degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in relevant disciplines like Civil, Electrical, Electronics, or IT.
  2. Diploma Apprentices: For candidates holding a 3-year diploma in Engineering disciplines.
  3. ITI Trade Apprentices: Aimed at candidates with an ITI certificate in trades such as Fitter, Electrician, Wireman, Welder, and Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA).

Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend during their one-year training period. The stipend is fixed at Rs 15,000 for Graduate Apprentices, Rs 12,000 for Diploma Apprentices, and Rs 9,000 for ITI Trade Apprentices.

  • Note: Candidates who have passed their qualifying examination in 2024 or later are exclusively eligible to apply.

Age Limit

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, and the maximum age limit is set at 26 years as of August 31, 2026. Standard upper age limit relaxations apply for reserved categories in accordance with Government of India rules (5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates).

  3. Log into your account and navigate to the "Establishment Request" section.
  4. Search for "Airports Authority of India" or use the specific establishment ID provided in the official notification.
  5. Click on the exact apprenticeship category you wish to apply for and hit "Apply".
  6. Ensure your profile is 100% complete with all educational certificates, Aadhar card, and bank details successfully uploaded.
  7. There is absolutely no application fee required to apply.
